Accepting resumes 2004-2005 We are looking for lateral associates with: (a) experience in major chapter 11 cases representing creditor groups (committees, bondholders, bank groups) or debtors, and (b) bankruptcy and/or corporate associates with experience representing hedge funds and other institutions in connection with (1) distressed and/or special situation lending arrangements, and (2) distressed m&a and private equity transactions
